Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Mordechai Law Firm attaches great importance to providing equal service to the entire public, and works to make its website and its contents accessible as far as possible. The accessibility work was carried out in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service), 5773-2013, and in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. The purpose of the accessibility work is to enable all users, and in particular people with disabilities, to enjoy an accessible, friendly and convenient browsing experience.

2. Accessibility measures

2.1. Structural accessibility work has been implemented on the site, including: hierarchical heading order, addition of alternative text (ALT) to images, a clear page structure, adapted contrast and colors, and support for keyboard navigation.

2.2. In addition, an advanced accessibility widget ("the Widget") is installed on the site, allowing personalization of the site's display, including:

  • Text size adjustment;
  • Contrast and color adjustment;
  • Highlighting of links and headings;
  • Keyboard navigation;
  • Screen-reader support;
  • Muting sounds, hiding images and stopping animations;
  • Additional tools for accessibility and comfortable use.

To activate the widget, click the accessibility icon on the side of the screen and use the pop-up menu.

2.3. The contact form on the site has also been made accessible, including clear field labels and adaptation to keyboard navigation and screen readers.

3. Exceptions

We continue to work on improving the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis, viewing the right to equality as an inseparable part of the service. Certain parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, whether due to technological limitations, temporary faults, or ongoing updates to the site or to the widget. We are working to complete the adjustments gradually and in line with our ability.
