Natan Mordechai - Founder and Principal

Lawyers see risk. Founders see opportunity. The commercial craft is to hedge the former without stifling the latter.

Professional background and education

Natan Mordechai is the founder of the firm. His practice is commercial and corporate law - some seven years representing companies, founders, and investors in complex transactions.

He holds a combined degree in law, business administration, and accounting - training that lets him read a transaction through its financial statements and value drivers, not only its clauses. In practice, that means he can tell a client not just whether a term is enforceable, but what it costs.

Large-firm practice, institutional investing

He began his career in the corporate and commercial department of one of Israel's leading law firms, advising on technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity financings for private and public companies.

He went on to serve as an investment analyst at a leading institutional investor - three years spent on the other side of the table, pricing risk and testing valuations. Few commercial lawyers have negotiated against a fund and also sat inside one.

Operating experience

Natan also founded and managed a technology company. He has raised capital, built a team, and executed customer agreements under commercial pressure - experience that produces advice calibrated to what a company can implement, not only to what it can defend.

The integrated approach

Large-firm practice, institutional analysis, and operating experience are an uncommon combination - and together they produce agreements that hold up under pressure without impeding the business. That is the standard the firm works to.
